The starting price for a Nissan Magnite is set at Rs. 6 Lakh. Nissan introduces the Magnite in the Compact SUV category in the Indian market. Additionally, Nissan has three forthcoming car models in India, namely the Qashqai, X-Trail, and Juke.

Nissan India operates as a subsidiary of the Japanese automotive giant, Nissan Motor Company. The company entered the Indian market in 2005, with the X-Trail being its inaugural product launch in the country.

At present, Nissan offers five distinct products in India, including the Micra, Sunny, Kicks, Terrano, and the GT-R. These vehicles are predominantly manufactured locally, with the exception being the GT-R, which is imported as a Completely Built Unit (CBU). In collaboration with Renault, Nissan has established a production facility in Chennai, and the brand also operates a Research and Development (R&D) center in the same region.

Furthermore, Nissan is reportedly in the process of introducing the Leaf electric vehicle (EV) to the Indian market. The model has been showcased to potential customers through private previews. The second-generation Nissan Leaf is expected to enter India as a CBU, closely resembling the international-spec model.

Notably, the top four popular Nissan cars are priced as follows: Nissan Magnite is available at Rs. 6.00 Lakh, Nissan Qashqai is priced at Rs. 25.00 Lakh, Nissan X-Trail is offered at Rs. 26.00 Lakh, and Nissan Juke is attainable at Rs. 10.00 Lakh.
